Rigell Supports Passage of WRDA

Congressman Scott Rigell (VA-02) today voted in favor of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 (WRDA), which will directly assist Hampton Roads, an area ranked second in the nation for sea level rise risk. This bill passed the House of Representatives with a bipartisan vote of 399-25.

"WRDA is very important for Virginia's Second District and our region," Rigell said. "The legislation will help streamline water resources projects as well as advance solutions for improving our national infrastructure."
